Really? He doesn't give you free shit because he doesn't want people complaining? Not, because this is a business and that would be terrible ethics? Or, because it would de-value the worth of the product to toher players past, present and future?
He did it so that he wouldn't have to hear complaints....Right ...

You're exactly right, actually.
I just didn't think most of the audience we're dealing with here would be able to understand the MBA-style answer.
I felt like I have to dumb it down sometimes for some folks around here.
