No offense, but I think either 2 minutes is 10 minutes to you, or you weren't paying attention. I have never had a problem with points refreshing on here. I am sure if things weren't running smoothly Zen would have told us, since she seems to keep us updated on everything else.
I'm just thinking you are utterly impatient and want unlimited points to spend. This isn't other games, things actually work here.
