I wanted something everyone had a chance of getting a "prize" with enough tries. There are a few who didn't find any, but that's just the breaks. I didn't find any in 50 crime attempts lol.

I don't think they're out yet... I got 8 but right now I'm in possession of 0.
Usually takes a couple of weeks to get the stuff after a contest.
