I believe they keep him around to stir the pot in hopes that they can jump in on a hosp war. No one challenges SV (cept for the recent smack down H4H gave em) so they use him to create reasons for a war.
Seems reasonable to me. It gives the people in SV something to do, and gets rid of the thinskins from VS, an important and neccessary harrowing that top gangs should go through on occasion to keep them from rusting.
Simplified, they keep him out of charity!
VS keeps him... Mosq runs VS period! of course the action he brings doesn't hurt SV, and adds fun...
But bottom line, it is Mosq's choice to bring him in, and keep him! nothing more, nothing less...
Rambo has no clue, just what ever suites him at the time.
no charity involved.

I never did i joined when he was booted and didn't know him. Me and Tommi are friends now and have no reason not to be. I know I would be damn happy to score a loyal active player like Behemoth in my gang. Why would it be any different for VS?
