even with the new armor and high resistance i dont resist as much as i did with b4c

as far as mort above....all npcs have extra hp....some have skills too...dont know about borgs and weapons...I know a few months back wiley was unequipped and about a year ago I remember zen saying she upgraded some of the npcs weapons and armor
