its not a glitch. while in jail you can keep refreshing the gym page. That will make your time go as high as you want by how many times you refresh the page.

It's a contest of who's sad enough to press F5 the longest, If you stop then your score ends. No biggie over who can get the longest jailtime. My 'mate' from school last year youst to hold the record cos he was nerdy enough to press F5 repeatedly for ages. Hospitalize Me was his name. Back when you were allowed spaces in your names lol.
