Weebay and I would like to make this war worth a penny, or a billion.
It is obvious that neither side is willing to cease and desist, so we would like to make a monetary wager that is sufficient for both gangs.
I would like to offer a wager for the SV. $1,000,000 dollars paid to the gang (SV or DIS) that has used the most potential energy in hospitalizations over the course of this war, from 12/23/08 - the time that this thread is posted.
If the SV would like to take this little bet, then the war would be done once the winner receives the money from the other gang.

It could be constued as an olive branch. Interesting timing on the bet however when its plain to see that SV have been attacking and leaving to gain EXP while this war goes on.
