We get ZERO right now, just trying to figure out a way to get more action from jail busts. .1 per 1000 minutes is pretty low.
Dude, you previously created a thread with the SAME EXACT name. Is it really necessary to create a brand new one? Couldn't you have just bumped the old conservation? Some people already put in time to offer their opinions on your question.

and say that unless a new form of "underworld" reputation were to be introduced, i dont know if i like this idea.
Ass it is, reputation is gained though "reputable" jobs. Busting criminals out of jail would quickly put you at odds with the respectable, law-abiding members of society.
Getting caught doing the "bad stuff" should, if anything, decrease your reputation, IMHO
