How much intel to succeed at that crime?

I have 22 intel , all my other stats but strength are top 15 or better and i can still barely pull this 1 at 75%, you do the math...

Care to share what you make on average when you do this crime??

Those are the past few months recent. I have also been doing the Underground Sniff, that one seems to have a 65-69% success average. My intel is also the same as Thors.

would dex hav any bearing on this crime? as one might need quick fingers to hack into the systems...lol
