The Shadow family is the only one left standing. What happened to all the family gangs? There used to be tonnes of them and then they all died

Most ppl in charge of a gang want to be in charge of a gang. Whats the point of being in charge of someone elses gang. It just means you are not in charge, someone else is. Also, everyone decided it was better to invest in themselves/main gang than to spend soooo much funding multiple gangs, usually for a bunch pf people about to quit playing or gang hop or is really just pornking/cuturgut/cober/jaysin/random noob's multi.
