Just looking at the hospital list when I found this guy. Look at it's last active date:

Same topic ... minor issue ... still happening.

i guess its not really an issue. they created an account, but never actually logged into it. (notice it says "pending")

since they never logged in, and were never "last online" because they were never actually online even once, the unix system uses the first timestamp because thats how its written and it cant say never;

ie its checking for the last time you logged in, and since it cant find one, and since no dates exist before that one, it goes with that.

i am by no means an expert, and really have no idea what im talking about, but thats my guess anyway
