Odd, I've always found it harder to mug people, easier to gang battle people with leave falling right in the middle.
Gang Battles and leaves are different. GCR kicks in for leaves where as gang battles it does not factor in.

You haven't been in a gang long enough to know.
When first joined Wranglers I noticed the immediate difference; after about two weeks I noticed a little bit, then I left for the mini wranglers and felt the loss. When I went back the gcb was weaker. I left again to get my ass kicked by dissidence then returned, it is now
barely noticeable.
Stay in your gang and do not leave unless you plan on starting your own.
I find it hard as hell to mug and hosp.
