My humanity is only 10. I've never really paid attention to it before. :/ How does it go up..with leveling?
Each day you are active it increases
.01 everyday you log in and .10 every level you go up.

i'm pretty sure (for at my current level) once i hit 18 humanity, my happiness will be refreshing faster than my energy. that being said, i believe humanity plays into encumbrance rating...an invaluable battle attribute. could be way off base here...but maybe not.
I've kept mine at 15 hum and i've no complaints

Endurance has to do with encumberance, humanity I don't think so, but could be wrong. With 18 humanity, I think you get around 35 or so happiness back per refresh, not quite faster than energy, but pretty close
