Disclaimer: I have only the vaguest idea of how much the Tibar hits for.
Yes there are of course better hideout weapons that hit harder than the tibar,
the hideout tools are only useful to low levels with lower end weapons.
They'll hit for better average hideout attacks than the newbie weapons,
but the mid-range weapons and higher will give better results in hideout attacks,
and of course, much better results with pvp.
Use it for wars as a newb, then drop it when you can rock a decent weapon
i use the tibar still and hit 49 for my best with it
