is that supposed to be like that or a error zen never caught

they have always shown healthy, regardless if you just put them in the hosp. Their power level will show differently depending on YOUR level.

Are their ACTs also wrong?

thats half false. They will show near death if you just put them in the hosp, until the next refresh then they show healthy.

Even better at first, when Matt Fullar was first brought into the game, he was auto healing and auto-stimming!!
