What are the mechanics behind gaining reputation points. Other than going to school, how are they earned?

from some PE courses, a computer course and the highest jobs in fast food. Reputation doesnt do much at all exept from give you access to better jobs and better personal trainers atm, so dont stress much with getting it. it will come naturally later.
