It is an interesting exercise to think about.. and will be even more interesting to see how he pulls it off. He was on the gym rat list for the first few days... obviously he has changed tactics. Smile

In a purely hypothetical world, training to the highest level possible before training. The other thing to take into account is housing. Someone of Casanova's wealth could probably afford the more expensive houses. Therefore, the high happiness, combined with the higher energy for training, would yield fastest possible training.

However, this is not always possible (as Conrad pointed out). Having your stats too low will result in lower experience per attack, so THIS is the critical balance. Also, having low stats will allow others to hinder your growth.

There would be an incredible way to annihilate competition and stimulate AL's economy for Zen, had she created a skill that would allow you to add X to the rating of each cyberware category, Making it possible for CYBORGS to PAY AT WILL for ultimate power.

The negative humanity would turn into sub routines. Preventing you SOME district access, reserved to humans.

Casanova would be there in 5 minutes.

A new possible race could see the day.

badmanbren

Here it's quantity above quality. Unlike most cases.
