How high do you have to get your resistance before you can absorb 2 or more damage with no armor or shield?

Resistance is not what makes you resist damage, armors, helms and shields do.

Resistance makes you take less damage from the original hits.

actually, resistance does make you resist damage, and the armor/helmets are sort of significant multipliers (or vice versa). armor handling reduces the damage before it hits you, which is why all of my "resisted damage" in fightlogger is significantly lower than people who i have much higher resistance than

Yes but for what is "mathematically seen", even if you have 100 resistance but fight naked, you will still resist 1 per hit.

he may take 1 per hit,,, but don't you think he would take alot less than if he had lower resistance? maybe not but who knows,,,

I think the code has changed some what.

I have seem people fighting nake and can resist 2 damage per hit now
