Umm... that's not what i meant... weebs got it tho. Anyone with engineer lvl 8 or above can use their cp's to boost anyone whose attacking the opposing hideouts hits. Its just very random as to who gets it and who doesn't and it explains how u managed to get such a high hit w/o any ma skills.
The very reason I was advertising for one.

Ahh! Yeah it seems theose guys come in very handy for wars, never even knew I was being boosted that way... but i'll take it!
