I've tried this crime a number of times and have never ever once been successful.

How successful are you guys? What types of attributes help it?

intelligence and dex are good for this crime...but if i remember right, there are only so many available per day. So u gotta be quick lol

I've got decent Int, and good dex for my lvl,
checking my crime log I'm only about 20% on sympak theft though.

Tough as heck, I'd say

You walk by the nearest PermaGrin Pharmaceuticals to see what type of drugs are on the shelves that are an easy grab.
After taking some time to case the joint, you think you may have found something. You walk confidently down the aisle and slip a Sym-Pak into your pocket. You walk out like nothing was amiss and manage to sneak out of the building unnoticed. Score!

what time do u attempt that crime usually? i only go for it if im in the ind zone around midnight ")

Pretty much randomly during the day. I generally hang out in ID so it's not that I'm making a special trip there.
