with the skills, sorry if this question has been answered before.

Say i study and get A+ take the test and pass
Say i study and get B+ take the test and pass

Does it effect the amount of points you recieve or however it works? if so why not their needs to be a high distinction for that lvl awarded or something similar

The higher your grade the better chance you have of passing

Like Dingus said, taking the test with 75% or 99% only get you better chances to pass but nothing more, a skill level is a skill level, no matter what % you took the test with.

Might not be a big difference for a level 1 but failing will drop you 4-9% and cost you the money again to test, plus the hours to gain those % again, knowing it goes up to a few 100 k's as your skill goes up, it can become expensive to try a lvl 9 five times.

you take probility into chance thats the only thing.
if you gamble you might take it at b or c a more gaurenteed chanceis if you have an a+
