In the 60's, I'd be really worried about being weak for my level too...Especially because there is SO much competition for players around his level...

ty marlo...tbh i dont feel like attacking nonstop day in and day out to gain levels i dont need....its very boring for me...also, targets become very slim when powerleveling....i get tired of the gritchin and start hosping instead so that doesnt work out either
I'm chillin in the 30ish levels just for that reason. Its a target rich environment and it makes me feel as if I'm still in the game.
