Am i in the rite to make a complaint when someone is mailiing my gang members telling them "I hope you die tomorrow" and slashing around racial terms

Letting an idiot get to you is your own fault. Use the block user feature, hosp his arse and get over it.

Deffinately,

the process is to block their mails first,
handle it in-game,

if it keeps up with harrassment or abuse,
then go to the big guns

If he/she continues then let us all know the idiots name. We'll add them to the list with folks like carlweathers. lmao
