i was wondering if this helps with busting out of jail or just with the new armors and demags

My understanding is that Electronics itself does not help you escape. It is simply the skill required to use the equipment which does.

According to the Zen-master the Demags do all the work. You just need the skill to use the item.

Don't take this to mean you shouldn't put more skill levels into electronics... you never know what Zen has up her creative sleeve
