at $5 million dollars, and the price patterns of similar dwellings, it seems it shoud have 1300 happiness.

Villa $736,875 600

Ranch $1,719,375 700

Midlan House $4,912,500 850

Midlan Villa $9,825,000 1000

Decatur Beachhouse $14,737,500 1150

Arcology House $19,650,000 1250 (1300???)

I don't know about that. Look here:

Ranch $1,719,375 700

Midlan House $4,912,500 850

The price is over double for only 150 happienss. I think the other prices seem fair in comparison.

double / triple, whatever. the bottom line....is that you pay $3.2 million for an additional 150 happiness.

with this.....

Decatur Beachhouse $14,737,500 1150
Arcology House $19,650,000 1250

you pay $5.2 million for only 100 more happiness.

Weebay

How come nobody who actually owns this house seems to care? I would worry about when you get there and you're ready to buy, until then seems like you're just a tire kicker.

Yes but happiness as a training modifier is more valuable the higher it is, ergo it should cost more $/happy as you increase it.

Example: Training 20 energy with 100 happiness 5 times will not give you the same result as training 100 energy with 500 happiness 1 time. In both instances you have the same amount of energy and happiness total, but a different end result.

That CARS program is so F'd up, we as a whole have elected out of it. The government is looking for anyway possible to not pay dealers that money. Upside is, I don't actually even sell that many cars that qualify for it.
yeah, I read about lots of dealers around the country who are owed pretty substantial amounts of money. (sometimes millions per dealer network)

tough to make payroll and commission checks when you don't have cash in hand, no matter how many units you are moving

like you said...im just kicking the tires. i asked zen about this a while back. she said its just what she came up with a long time ago and acted like she didnt give much thougth to it when drawing it up. if everyoen is fine with it....then so be it. im just bringing it up, bc it doesnt make much sense to me and may be something Zen would modify.

are you and the rest of AL happy exactly the way it is and prefer to not have happiness increased with some of the housing?
