You can't send money to another player if your sharing IP addresses. If you are not then contact Zenith and she can look into for you

Try not starting off your post with inappropriate language.
You can not send anything to players with similar IP addresses in an effort to keep people from making multiple accounts which is against the rules. If you have a case, you can mail Zenith in game.
