you refreshed the page too many times, so Bubba gets his way with ya for a bit
Its a measure against cheaters, keeps people from using macros or scripts that "play the game for them"

Aha, i get it. That was exactly what i did it. I pressed refresh too many times in a small period of time to see how many seconds are needed to receive energy points. I won't do it again
