Would be cool to have a "Dept. of Public Works" showing what kind of new features are on the horizon for us! Give us a little taste, and something to anticipate. I've found in my experience with MMO games, when players have a new feature to wait on, they get more into the game. =]

The problem with that is user disappointment if the feature doesn't work due to some technical limitation.
I would rather see a wishlist place (Wishing well). A sub-menu could have wishes granted. It could even be a stat on the stats page...
