:? I don't get it, i have all the stats to get promoted, but it doesn't say Good, it just says the stats i need, like 5.9 acc, when i have like 12 acc. Plz tell me how to get a job promotion.

The 5.9 is what more you need to get promoted. If you have 12 and it says 5.9 then you need a total of 17.9 to get a 'good' sign.
