Not really. Cost the same cp as a normal manufacturer charge.
but you have to refresh though so it costs more points

True, but I didn't intend for someone to charge it that much at one time. 220% was what was intended. If you had it charged up to 100% and tried to recharge it the normal way you'd get the standard message stating it's already charged.
