As far as the refreshing player is 10%+ attack over the non-refresher, there will be two winner.

For non-refresher, you can't have more than 135 attacks per day. Oh yeah, there will be 2 winners.

its fact that a non-refresher will have one to. Good luck to them and maybe my mistake was refreshing, At the end of the day a cap of 5 refreshes an hour or something should have been said. NOt $300 in 30 mins and a contest won. Speaking to at least 6 people now who didnt even compete for the very reason that if you dont have money you cannot win.

Zen wasn't clear about that. i think they count as refreshes though
