how about making the implants insead fo addin a certain number of points let them add like 10%, 15%, 20% to current xp in a certain att?

sure you can. chicks ask for 20%, 30%, 50% bigger boobs all the time and it gives them a higher % rate at gettin banged when used correctly!

and the ones with flat chests, and those who have been in accidents, or those who are getting older, or those who have deformities... etc.
