Are people still running build with both melee and range weapon used?

I've got my AK and Ion axe.

I was untill i hit for 900 with my melee alone,i allways thought the ranged never stacked up anyway.

using only melee weapons

only ranged here as well.

Melee only

weapons are for wimps... i guess you guys use armor too??

I'm awesome like that, using armor. And melee/ranged weapons. :>
