I had no idea. Still an unnecessary step, but it beats having 5 lines of stims. They should be stackable on their own though. Curse you, lazy OCD!
Yeah, this is what I do, just in a slightly different order. I've been caught once with my "packs down", so to speak. If I have 2 Stim-packs on one line and 3 on another, and want 5 packs total, I go grab 5 from my storage and put the 2 and 3 back in to storage afterward.
It's really not fun putting your packs in storage to combine them, then clicking Retrieve only to be told you can't do that because you're in the hospital, and you have to go bumming packs
i didnt realize this wasnt already known. my bad :/ i just thought the point was to skip the step of having to deposit into the storage and withdraw again
