I just did it. Made a little bit of money, bought 700 at 250, sold at 260. Not much profit for me, but for a smaller guy it'd be a big amount. Only did it cos I was being offered them at a much lower price though.
And peopled do buy credits (if at a reasonable price), if they didn't the credit market would of been scrapped a long time ago.

I do that all month not only for myself but i have also done it for some of the younguns in VS as well.
Maybe u sold them for too high a price?

but as for the 'big guys' buying all the companies and stuff how about putting limitations like 1 company to an account and the company can be put in auction after a week of use by one player or it can be stolen or something.
