There should be a way of getting to your bank to bail yourself out of jail.

yes and no. cause then there would be less jail busts however, I am rich , so I can just bail myself out

until someone decides to mug you!

well, is there enough mugging going on? With the ability to just draw out the amount to post bail there is no mugging. If you must carry cash with you to bail (just in case) then mugging could be a bigger part of the game

That is the POINT of this, if I am in jail, I can't get to my bank account in order to withdraw money to pay for my own bail. If I just carry around money on me, there is the possibility of being mugged!

Let me break this down barney-style for you!
1. I do not like being able to access your bank account while in jail.
2. So if you get busted and have no cash on hand, you need to bust out OR be busted out.
3. If you are concerned with bail you should carry cash on hand for bailing.
4. If more players carried more cash on hand mugging would increase and add more to the game.
5. Maybe you can only have 90% of your total cash in the bank and all players must have 10% cash on hand.
6. I like mugging, but lately there's been very little cash collected.

Mabye if there was a cost to put money in the bank then people would keep more money on them so that they could bust themselves out and also to save money being lost from putting their money in the bank everytime they do one crime because it will cost them to deposit it.
