just wandering if you were going to add any new districts later on in the game after someone reaches a higher level past eight, since there is only three districts available right now were people can travel to :?:
By "districs" do you mean locations or cities which you can travel to? If so they are level based......meaning right now their is only one you can reach at level 1, another you can go to at level 3, and another at level 8. By gaining levels you get the opportunity to travel to different locations.
