In the past, I had to ask Err about deleating a gang I wanted to leave, and could not sell.

DM would be gone for good. Instead of just being un-usable, un-reachable, and other things similar to deleation.
It is not like we'll ever see it running again.
But then Dis would be listed as #3 in the POI.

By gang deletion you are getting ride of history. People worked hard for that and it should stay in the POI.
I don't mind really. That's not even the point of my original post.
That history stays, it's fine by me.
But nothing should get you stranded in a hideout, if you want to destroy it, you should be able to. Just like we can sell items directly to the game.
