how do i improve on the following:

Endurance
Intelligence
Reputation
Work Experience

i knwo i get some from my job, but how can i get even more?

The short answer, Take classes in the school.

If you are a donator, or can afford to buy credits off the market, you can also improve your Int and End by spending credits at the Auction House.
