I think he's infringing on disclaimer #234, item B, sub-article 7r.

But, if Weebay told him then how can he be breaking any rules? Unless Weeb's gave him this info in confidence (which I highly doubt as I'm sure it was more of a solicitation than a conversation...) he is just informing the Al community directly of the sexual orientation of one of the more active ALer's.
