You are in the maximum security cell block. You cannot bust out of jail at this time. Wait until your jail time is less than 288 minutes.
Max you can bust your self at is less than max time you can try for other people.

I would guess somewhere around half? Of course that is just a guess.
I know my max sec is 300+ min and I was able to try and bust someone at 700+ min a couple of days ago. Of course I got caught
i can try up to 1009,just have not pulled it off yet
pretty sure both max bust capabilities are related to your busting exp
