at what rate do your energy, and Action points refresh as a non donator, and as a donator...?

I don't know the exact, but I have was a donator for over a month and just ran out. Jeeeez, It takes forever as a nondonator. Its awful, and my gym gains dropped 5 points from what I was getting. I am pretty sure its twice as fast for donators.

AP regen is currently unknown I believe, anyone can feel free to correct me there, but there is a small increase for donators.

Well, in that case it's 13% for donators unless I'm mistaken... which I may well be. For non donators I though it was the same, but maybe it's slightly less then.

In case anyone doesn't want the thread, 8% for non donators, 15.4% for donators on energy.

Action Points refresh at a minimum 10% every 5 minutes. Donators get a slight bonus no less than +1 extra AP.

my energy is 2/18 right now, and my action points are 4/11. My energy refreshes 1 per tic (5 minutes) and my action points refresh 2 per tic (5 minutes) and I am a non donator...because my action points went to blank/11 I get 2 per tic instead of the custumary one now?
