lol. People, it's up and down.
I normally get 650 with my poli trainer. 700 TOPS!
Now with arnold I am getting between like 588-800+, lol.
plus
he is only 5$, lol.
My top guy is 60$, he gets me no where near 800 a train.
The thing with Arnold is that its not a set level. One time you may only get trains that are equal to no trainer, other times it may be equal to the Guru trainer or better.

don't think the arnold thing is meant for immediate results...it seems to me that it has progressive gains....meant to keep you in the gym to see the overall benefits...

I was wondering that too. I figure theirs only one gym in AL and we all travel to it train then go back to our districts for free.
