A lot of the players who have been in their gangs for ages aren't included in the information because they were in the gang prior to the logs being kept. I figured the "current" listing would be easy for players to figure how how long they been in there by looking at the join time. The length of time in a gang is HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS.
