It would take a huge expenditure of time and resources to actually ensure val could not war, while warring ourselves...
It is pretty clear that since we stopped warring several times a day that we do not care enough to put forth the time, effort, and resources...
It is truly not important to be listed at the top of everything.

I hope that you were joking with that. I just threw in a third option for people that didn't want to vote for either of the first two options. I chose that as a third option based on what several members from Diss were claiming in my post on the gang of the year award.
