There are 8 districts so far.
Downtown Decatur: LEVEL 1
Industrial District: LEVEL 3
Rural District: LEVEL 8
Midlan District: LEVEL 22
Decatur Underground: LEVEL 30
Decatur Beach: LEVEL 40
Arcology: LEVEL 50
There's also a level 60 district, but only Rafal can go there.
