It means DON'T REFRESH so often. Don't know exactly how or where you refresh but you only need to refresh once every 5 mins. There are other ways to refresh the screen besides hitting the refresh button ex going to explore then back home or looking to see who's in the hospital or jail but DON'T REPEATADLY HIT THE REFRESH BUTTON. What I heard/read was that people where in the gym training on stats and thought they could train then hit refresh and by doing so it would boost there stats more.
Hence the name REFRESHER COURSE

how often we ask the same questions. im not trying to be mean to anybody, but for people like me who use the forum search feature, it only complicates searching, making them more difficult as well as me wanting to pull my hair out when theres 18 diff threads for the same exact issue and my simple search takes longer than it should.

Hey oddjob, I think were kinda in the wrong also if you look at Rule 7:
No bashing - If someone is posting about a problem they are experiencing, don't simply tell them they are wrong and recommend they try your recommendation. Instead, provide facts or opinions supporting your recommendation, provide positive feedback, and please keep the criticism low.[u]
