i can see alot of multis popping up out of this contest

This isn't a group contest, it's individual. I'm not trying to force it onto anyone, I'm just trying to increase our referral sign-ups.

can i know what these "certain standards" are so i know what to do with my multi? *ahem* i mean referral.

The problem I see with this is that some people are using their referral link on the voting sites.

Will already be taken into account. I know a few voting sites have ref ids in them and will calculate that in. Most of those refs don't stay active however, which is a bummer.
