Say I PVP a guy who just bumped up to say level 15 for example. He is 10 points into lvl 15. I attack him and get 125 EP off him. Can I knock him back to lvl 14?

no, when you get exp form soemone, it doesnt steal it from them, they dont lose or gain exp, only you do.

I believe they do indeed receive a loss/gain, You just cant knock them back beyond the base (0 points) of their current level. Here is what I base this on.

My defend log with a loss:

Experience Points Earned -8.8 <----- Loss of XP

oh sorry... i thought you didnt lose exp when attacked... oh well you proved me wrong thanks for correcting me =)

P.S. how do you see what you just showed me? is it in the attack log or something.

Goto the attack log and where it says Loss/Win/Stalemate/Overtaken you click their and it will show a more in depth record of the fight.
