yea u should get more every time you rank your career up
i asked zenith once if she will ever make it so that you get better conversion rates when you level up, and she said that wasnt the direction she wanted to take. you get more points when you level up in your career, and thats that. however, the slight possibility of getting a flat increase to all careers at the same rate is better than what you suggested, simply b/c zenith has directly denied it already :/

What are you talking about? Crimes payouts never changed!!?
The only change for crimes I saw in 2 years was the complex meth which was made slightly harder to succeed.
